Job Title : CNC EDM OPERATOR

Job Description : Enter programs and all necessary parameters into machine control and perform inspections and measurements of finished parts to determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as gauges or micrometers, indicators etc. Read/ Interpret blueprints and understand tolerances and surface finishes. Able to run .0002 tolerances. Collect SPC data to maintain process control and inspect or measure finished work pieces Study blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine product specifications, tool requirements, and operational sequences. Mount and position fixtures or vise in machine to best possible condition for wiring work piece. Activate machine control and offsets to wire parts to finish dimensions according to specifications. Complete the operation within time specs by signing off on the router and forwarding to the next work center. Perform routine machine maintenance and willing to perform other tasks as assigned by Manager
Job Title : VMC MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Description : The Machine Operator is an operations team member with the primary goal of satisfying customer requirements of quality, and delivery, by operating VMC/CNC machining centers in a safe and efficient manner. The duties included in the operation of a VMC/CNC machining center are commensurate to industry standards, with regards to program edits, setting up of tooling, and setting up the machine tool in general. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of G-code programing with ability to edit programs and tool offsets.
